Dan - $1,200/month

Hello! My name is Dan and I am from the Chicago burbs. I've been commuting to the city for work for about a year now and have decided it is now time to move. Ideally, I'd like to live somewhere within walking distance to the Brown/Purple line.

I'm looking for a 2 bed 2 bath (if possible) with 1200 budget (2400 total). Of course, I'd love to save a bit of money. I'm a pretty flexible person, so I am open to more than 1 roommate.

A bit about me: I enjoy board games/cards, theatre, running, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends. It would be great to find a roommate I can become friends with.
