I like to keep common/shared areas clean and I am a no shoes in the house kind of person. I value honesty and accountability in my life and expect my roommate to do as well. I try to keep schedule and clean the apartment once a week. Taking turns in up keep is important to me, as well as, being respectful about using each others things.
