Available November 1: one large bedroom in true two-bedroom (one bath) apartment, UES, on 93rd St between 1st and 2nd Ave. 3rd floor of walkup building. $1,200/month plus utilities ($25/month internet, avg. $30/month per person for electric). $1,200 security deposit.

Amazing location! One block to to Q train at 96th St (south entrance to station), close to several bus lines. 10 minute walk to 6 train at 96th St.

Key Foods 1.5 blocks away, other grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and more within a three-block radius.

The available bedroom (pictured both furnished and empty) is large, approx. 8.5 x 11.5 ft – bed in photos is a full, but room can fit a queen or king. Gets great light, especially in the mornings. Small closet (you’ll need a dresser or additional clothing rack, probably). The room will be unfurnished though my current roommate would sell the dresser if you are interested.

Apartment has a full and very functional kitchen, separate living room. I have all necessary kitchen items, though there is space for yours too. Everything in the living room photos is staying except the current dining table/chairs.

There is no laundry in the building, but there are two wash and fold places on this block (the one two doors down is great) or laundromats within a couple blocks.

No smoking (including 420), no drugs. No pets permitted in the apartment.

I am a late 20s female professional, LGBTQ+ friendly, liberal politics. Looking for someone a similar age, any gender. The new lease is Nov 2020-Oct 2021; you can join the lease (with a fee) or be a legal occupant with a separate written agreement with me (looking for someone for the full 12 months). In either case, proof of income, a credit check, and a background check will be required. US credit history required.
