I am an affable, quirky and quiet person.

I am a sales position at a cyber-security startup in NYC and am hoping to find a place to move into late Oct or Nov 1st especially with all the cheap 2 bedrooms on the market at the moment.. I am a big lover of music, art and international affairs. I am also a huge nerd and love video games, comics, and good food.

I am very quiet and spend most of my time in my room. I rarely play any music aloud, and I don't smoke, drink or party. I am an early riser and love going for runs, working out, or doing some yoga in the mornings.

Budget: Looking at listings 2,000-2,600 a month, so max rent split between us would be 1,300 :)
