Sublet for 4 months - Large sunny double with en suite & balcony in 2bdr apartment in Bushwick

**Please note this is a sublet for 4 months - 1st June to 30th September**

The apartment: gorgeous modern 2 bed, with with a big living room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and a huge private terrace with panoramic views of Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. We have AC in every room, plus a dishwasher and lots of storage space. The whole apartment faces north-west, so we get tons of light and amazing sunsets!

The bedroom: big double room with en suite bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a spacious closet. Furnished with a queen bed and desk.

The building: We’re on the 5th floor of a modern apartment block which has an elevator, a private gym, a laundry room with washers and driers, and a shared rooftop with yet more incredible views.

The neighborhood: We’re on residential street in the heart of Bushwick, walking distance from the J (7 mins), M (8 mins) and L (15 mins), plus a few bus routes. There are fantastic restaurants, bars, music venues and cafes all within 10 mins, and plenty of bodegas and grocery stores.

The roommates: You’ll be living with Dominique, a psychologist in her early 30s, plus her two Chihuahuas Mac and Otis. Dominique is a really kind, considerate, communicative and easygoing roommate. She works from home 3-4 days p/w (there’s a small room in the apartment that she uses as her office).

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, laid back and communicative. The apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly, friendly and wfh-friendly. It’s a sociable apartment and Dominique often hosts friends on weekends, and you’re welcome to host people too.

The rent and lease: Rent is $2000 p/m, excluding utilities (usually around $150 each). We also get a cleaner once per month ($75 each) and share costs on some household items.
You'll be subletting the room from Nadav, who's moving out before the lease is up (he loves this own apartment but is getting his own place!) You must be able to stay for the full 4 months, but if you and Dominique are both interested, there’s also the opportunity to formally take over the lease from October 1st.
