About me:
I (40, he/him) work in technology (build apps for teachers and kids). I have a super friendly large dog, Max, who is cool with all humans and animals.
Have lived and worked in London, Berlin, Mumbai and Dubai prior to coming to the US, 10 years ago. Have lived in Chicago, Charlotte, Oakland and DC prior to moving to NYC.
Recently moved to Brooklyn and still getting a lay of the land. 420 friendly and LGBTQ+ affirming. In my free time, I enjoy socializing, biking, walking my dog, and checking out local music venues or broadway shows and standup gigs, of course!
Most of the time, I keep the apartment clean and have lived with roommates before (while travelling internationally). I prefer not bringing the party home yet open to hosting a movie night, game board or wine night with fellow fully vaxxed friends. Been social distancing and wearing a mask and will keep doing so to keep the apartment safe :)
My last roomie moved out in June with her girlfriend hence this place is open again!

It's just me and my dog 🙂 in the space. 'Cos of my home office schedule, I will need 3 rooms most of the time. The apt is fully furnished and if you already have furniture we can work something out to move my stuff out of your space.
Do not mind a long-term roommate yet the first couple of months has to be month-to-month only to determine mutual fit as roomies -- It has to work for both and not just one of us, hope that helps.
Plenty of bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, pharmacies and so much more all at a stone’s throw!
Easy commute to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn city as well with 3 Metro Stations to choose from ~ Conveniently located by the 2/3/4/5/S train lines.
Warm Brooklyn vibe and a quiet block (cos on the 4th floor) ~ yet everything is within walking distance. About 5-12 minutes walking distance to Franklin Ave, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, and Botanic gardens!
