I’m an artist who works a morning survival gig— usually out of the apartment by 6:30am. Most weeks I spend 2-4 nights at my partner’s place, so you’ll have the place to yourself much of the time. The available bedroom is big enough to accommodate a full size bed and a work table (see photo. Note: the room is unfurnished. There is a furnished room available if interested.) The apartment is across the street from City College located in a quiet building on the fourth floor. It is about a 15 minute commute to Columbia University. There is no elevator. Laundromat is available on the same block.
