I'm 24 years old, I moved to Chicago all the way from Spain for a Mathematics master and I'll start working in NY mid-September.

I'm a very chill and adaptable guy. I love sport (soccer, tennis, swimming), music and cooking, I'm a huge reader too. I know almost nobody in NY so I'd like to live with people around my age (20s or early 30s) who could potentially become friends. I'm very open minded and love to meet different kinds of people. I'm very independent though, so it's not a problem if you want your own space.

I'm quite flexible when it comes to location and budget, although I'd love to live in a lively and young area and, ideally, stay under 1200 (could push that a few hundreds higher for a perfect fit but would like it lower).

I don't care about the size of my bedroom or sharing the bathroom and, even if not a must, I'd love a recently remodeled kitchen. I don't generally like hosting parties but I do have a couple of friends over for dinner once in a while. I'm very flexible with roomates bringing friends over though and with most things in general. However, I do like to keep common areas tidy and clean, especially the kitchen.
