Looking for a roommate for 1 room in a 4 room, 2 bath apartment with a shared living room, one of two bathrooms, and a kitchen. The room will come with a mattress, dresser, desk, large closet, and other small amenities. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a Fridge, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Sink and large cupboards for storage. The washroom has a large sink, mirror/cupboard, and clear glass standing shower. The living room has 2 tvs, 1 currently in use, a large couch, table, and small chairs.

Every room, including the living room has its own heat control, which is very nice. The apartment has laundry on the same floor as this room, and you pay for it with an app. Internet, electric and gas not included in bill.
