I work in hospitality, so I often work late hours. I am quiet but friendly and mostly keep to myself. I have been in this apartment for a year and am looking for 2 new roommates to go on the lease. My current roommates are both moving out of the city. Male or female is fine. I don't have pets. I would be okay with a cat if you have one.
Room 1: $1000/month This room is large enough to fit a desk, dresser, and a queen-sized bed. It has a large double closet.
Room 2: $960/month This room is the smaller of the two and can fit a full-sized bed, dresser, and wardrobe.
All utilities are shared between all roommates.
There is one shared bathroom in the apartment and a large shared kitchen. The apartment is on Franklin Ave in Crown Heights and is close to the 2, 3, 4, 5, and S trains. You can take the S one stop to the A, C, or Q train. Walkable to Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, BPL, and Prospect Park.
