I am fairly personable, down to earth, intelligent, clean and generally quiet. I really haven’t had my friends over mostly due to living with families that have small children, and also that we all have our own lives and things we must attend to. I feel like if my roommate were to have company once in a while or whether it’s someone consistent then I’d be okay with it as long as they were also respectful of our shared space.

I’m looking for a roommate around the same age as me, give or take up to 5 years, who has a lot of the same qualities. It would be great if you have additional awesome traits as well. It would be easier if one of us already has a place with two rooms. I’m also willing to look for a place together. I am a dog person, but I don’t have the pets I would like to have due to it not being an option in past living situations. I may be able to move by September, but October would be a more feasible time for me.
