I'm a bartender as well as an aspiring performer with consistent income and a stable schedule. I take pride in my communication skills, financial responsibility, and organization/cleanliness. I’ve always paid rent on time and have an excellent history of positive relationships with past landlords and roommates.

While I don't have a traditional credit score, I have chosen to live debt-free and without credit cards — instead, relying on responsible money management and saving. This makes it a bit more difficult for me to find apartments in NYC's credit-based renting market, but I'm here to provide any of the following (or more, if we want to get creative) for ease of doing business:
