Available Room for Rent

Hi there! I am a senior year SDSU student currently looking for a female/fem student who also goes to SDSU to move in this August since my current roommate who is planning on moving out August 1st. She will be moving out of the master bedroom, which includes the en suite bathroom, as well as selling the furniture she’s leaving behind.
We live in a 2 BA/2 BR apartment in the Plaza Apartments complex. Some important things to note that the apartment includes are the dishwasher, the living room/dining room furnishings, a balcony, a central AC, and a free assigned parking spot in the parking lot. Both the apartment and building are clean. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is safe. We live across the street from both a Von’s and a Smart and Final, as well as a CVS pharmacy and a professional gym. We are within walking distance from several restaurants including: Chipotle, Woodstock Pizza, Sala Thai, and Pho Today. We also live close to the 215 and 936/856 bus stops, both of which go directly to the SDSU transportation hub/greater SDSU campus, which is 1.3 miles/5 minutes by vehicle from the apartment. We also live near the 1 bus lines which heads to both Fashion Valley and La Mesa. The first floor of the building offers several things, such as the pool, an amazon locker, the communal laundry, and a mini gym.
The lease will be a 12 month contract.
Some personal details about me is that I am quiet and pretty neat for the most part. I personally don’t smoke but don’t mind drinking as long as it’s not in excess. No MAGA/conservative/moderates.
The cost breakdown:
Rent: $1,415 per roommate
Deposit: $200
Wifi: $100 for Cox internet
Available $200 one time payment for former roommate’s furniture (includes full bed frame, matching mattress, two small dressers, desk and chair)
