Hi future roomies!

During weekends, I do house chores like laundry or cooking and meal prep for the week.
During the week, I work from 9 to 5, so I get up around 7:30 and leave by 8:15. I work at SDSU.
I don't have a car yet, but when I get one we can totally carpool if we go in the same direction.

I am very clean in shared spaces because that is my personality and I will never let anyone feel uncomfortable by just being my roommate. I communicate if there is any issue and I will find a middle ground in any situation. I expect the same from my roommates and I can accompany any reasonable request or expectation.

I am looking for a private room starting September 1st, preferably near SDSU or near any bus or Trolley that goes towards SDSU. I am willing to pay a max of 1300$ per month including all utilities.
