Hi everyone! I'm relocating from Oregon after graduating from the University of Oregon and am looking for a room or potential roommates in San Diego.

**Looking for:**

* Move-in: Mid July to early August (flexible)
* Open to month-to-month or 6–12 month leases
* Ideally North Park, University Heights, Hillcrest, South Park, Normal Heights, Mission Valley, Mira Mesa, OB, PB, or nearby neighborhoods (I'm flexible for the right fit).

**A little about me:**

I'm in my 30s, no kids, no pets. I'm actively job searching while working with temp agencies to get established quickly, and I have savings set aside for the transition.

Outside of work, I'm usually pretty active. I play volleyball, volunteer regularly, love hiking, camping, festivals, trying new restaurants, and I'm excited to build a community in San Diego. I'll probably spend a fair amount of time out exploring the city once I arrive.

As a roommate, I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, communicate directly if something comes up, and appreciate a home where everyone can comfortably coexist without feeling like strangers. I'd love a house that's comfortable with the occasional friend or overnight guest, while respecting everyone's schedules and shared spaces.

- there's more than 1 pet in/at the home (this includes outdoor only "pets," such as chickens)
- there's smoking indoors
- literally any men or male-identifying folks living in the home. This is a HARD NO for me.
