Katie S - $1,100/month

I've recently relocated from Philly to work full time for a nonprofit Event Production company that puts on galas for foundations; I work fairly regular hours (9-6) in the LES. I'm hoping to find someone who wants to live with a roommate who they socialize with, hopefully even become friends, but also happy to do their own thing. I work fairly normal hours 9-6 during the week and tend active outside the apt on weekends. I'm not a neat freak, but will always keep common areas clean, and would hope my roommates would do the same; bottom line just be respectful. I like to cook and I'm happy to share the kitchen when I am making something, but I often end up being lazy and ordering food. I love to explore new bars and restaurants, go shopping, see concerts and just have a good time. I'll go out on the weekends and the occasional weeknight, but nothing crazy. I'm pretty easy to get along with, so if you're nice and drama-fee, we'd probably be good roommates.
