Hello!

We're looking for a 3rd roommate to join our beautiful 3br on UES for August 1.

I'm a 33/male, gay, non-smoking, creative professional. I work standard 9-6 hours, and spend my free time taking advantage of all the city has to offer. I love art, design, coffee, books, live music, theater, and travel. I love to cook, and try to do it a few times a week. I typically keep it pretty quiet in the apt and prefer my home to be a place to relax and unwind after a long day; but I do enjoy hosting low key dinner parties and such on occasion. Never anything too crazy though.

As a roommate I'm clean, considerate, and respectful of privacy. Looking for someone who is similarly clean, responsible, respectful, and has no problem paying rent/bills on time. Must be LGBTQ friendly. We don't have to be best friends, but it'd be nice if we could share a meal or drink once in a while, and create a friendly and comfortable living environment that's pleasant to come home to.
