Male, based in Williamsbug, works as a creative 9-5/6ish at luxury internet firm (currently 100% work-from-home). Graduate of Parsons here in Manhattan, born overseas, raised in Virginia Beach, decent conversationalist, can throw down some good hashtag. Pretty relaxed and easy-going.

I try to make wherever I am more than just a place to stay; I like living in a home. I’m willing to contribute to the well-being/maintenance of the entire household, in addition to the bills. I love sharing a meal and spending time with my flatmates. I'm very much so a communicator, and value transparency in housing situations.

While I do end up friends with most everyone I've lived with, I will honor + respect your privacy, belongings, and boundaries. Currently single and dating. I also cook, though I've been more of the GrubHub type lately, and honestly think that washing dishes + sorting recycling is therapeutic. While I love animals, I am technically allergic to cats, but have lived with cats before without any issues. I take night showers. Also I do get good airbnb reviews, not to brag and all, ha.
