My Roommate and I are looking for a third person to sign on with and sublet from our 3rd roommate our current lease is until Jul 1st 2026 and you would be taking over for the remainder of the lease. $2100 a month utilities included.
I would say I’m a pretty chill roommate, fairly clean, cook occasionally and definitely enjoy going out on the weekends and my Roomate is the same. He works at rolex and DJs. We are ideally looking for a young professional like ourselves, who is fairly clean and respectful and likes to explore this great city.
I love everything music and sports, for music predominantly hip-hop/R&B but I’ve been getting more into Indie lately too. As far as sports you name it I’m probably into it, I’m a huge falcons fan so as long as we stay off the 28-3 topic we’re golden.

1 Bedroom available in 3 Beds 1 Bath Apartment in Stuytown/East Village
Hey everyone! Our Roomate ended up getting a job in another state so we have a spacious room in Stuytown, living with two other young professionals (male) that has opened up.
You would be signing onto the rest of our lease which would run from July 15th to Jun 29th, 2027. Move in date would be July 15th . Room can easily fit a queen bed and a desk or dresser.
Located right across the street from Trader Joes & target on 14th, and a short walk to the L train. Apartment includes a kitchen with dishwasher, laundry in the building as well as a decent sized living room. Let me know any questions!
Lease runs through the end of June 2027 and preference would be given to someone willing to take the apartment for the full duration.
