I work in construction with degree in Architecture and getting a MSBA, I mainly work from home with occasional days in office.

I would say I'm pretty quiet, I mainly stay in my room and keep to myself, I would keep the common areas clean after myself and expect my roommates to do the same. Easygoing, collaborative and nonjudgmental.

I'm not going to bring any friends over, but my SO might stay a couple of days occasionally as she lives in Canada, but she's also quiet and we won't disturb anyone.

Trying to find a place as cheap as possible as I'm paying for school myself and don't have any loans, my credit score is pretty good.
