Looking for a roommate in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, The Bronx, Jersey City / Hoboken - New York

Nick S - $1,500/month

About Me

Hi, I'm Nick, looking for a room or a roommate to move in August/September/October, I have some flexibility.

I work in construction with degree in Architecture and getting a MSBA, I mainly work from home with occasional days in office, so stable pay, never had issues paying rent.

I would say I'm pretty quiet, I mainly stay in my room and keep to myself, I would keep the common areas clean after myself and expect my roommates to do the same. Easygoing, collaborative and nonjudgmental.

Trying to find a place as cheap as possible as I'm paying for school myself and don't have any loans, my credit score is decent usually above 750. If we're going to be looking for a place together, I'm good with taking a smaller room and paying less, I have a washing machine of my own (you're welcome to use), which should broaden our options in apartmens, but if the building has laundry I'll probably sell it.

For past 8 years I've only lived with female roommates, but I'm fine with either

Would love to have a chat and find out more about you and how you like to live and any house rules that you would expect to see how we align.

My maximum monthly budget 1,500
Move in Date Oct 2026
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 27
Occupation Vdc Engineer/Analyst

Education B Arch, Msba
