I'm looking for one roommate to share a large 4 bedroom apartment in Bushwick. Two large common spaces, backyard, rooftop, updated kitchen and bathrooms. You can have two rooms to use as bedroom office/studio/creative space etc. I'm open to more flexible use of all the spaces, would like to have a pull out in at least one and use it as guest room.

I'm going to be building some custom furniture in February for the place. I also want to get a lot of plants, rugs . . .

A little about myself:
31 year old male
spent the last 7 years in LA with a short stint in the bay
Happy to be back in New York

Up until last year I was playing in bands, songwriting, recording, and working in restaurants. I now write software from 9am to 6pm and have been doing a little writing and recording in the evening. I'm up at 7am and asleep by midnight. I might have dinner parties/small gatherings on the weekends when the pandemic is under control. You're welcome to as well obviously.
