Hi everyone!
My name is Ari I am 22 and use He/Him pronouns.
I am relatively new to the city (just moved here for work) and currently live in Hamilton Heights but am looking for a two-bedroom that is more central in Manhattan, ideally with a shorter commute to my job. My max budget is $1,300 ish but less would be ideal.
I am looking for someone around my age with shared interests who would be a great roommate and friend looking to make a warm sense of community and home together! I am neat and clean and would like someone who is also clean and respectful of the common areas and cleans up after themselves. LGBTQIA+ friendly and 420-friendly is a must and ideally, you would be fine with pets- hypothetical, but I am hoping to get a cat.
A little bit about me:
I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Art History. I am an active printmaker who is always looking for my next project and I work full-time at an Art and Luxury auction house on the Upper East Side (so I always have good stories). I love exploring the city, finding good food, trying new and random things, going to museums and galleries, and going on random adventures.
