Hi, I'm Evan, a 25-year-old graphic designer that just moved to NYC from Singapore! 🇸🇬 I'm generally an easy-going and friendly guy that really opens up once you get to know me. I'm pretty cool to keep to myself, but ideally, I'd really love to foster a friendship with a roommate so it doesn't feel like I'm living with a stranger you know? :)

I'm a considerate person that respects personal boundaries and hope you'll do the same. I like to keep my spaces clean, tidy, and organized and am more than willing to do my fair share to keep common spaces and shared bathrooms in great shape too. I keep my noise level down and may occasionally have people over but will definitely keep you informed well in advance when that happens. I also expect to cook a few times throughout the week, but will clean up immediately after as well. More than anything, I love coming home to a place that feels warm and cosy, so I put in effort to make a space feel homely, inviting, and liveable.

From Monday to Fridays, I'll mostly be in the office, but have the option to work from home once or twice a week as well.

Outside of my living and working habits, I like watching and discussing movies and TV shows, listening to albums, reading anything of interest, exploring the city, going to museums/shows/concerts, trying out new restaurants, and relaxing in the parks. Nothing brings me more joy than great conversation over a good meal. I'm always open to dinners, drinks, or a fun night out!
