Hello everyone! My name is Nathaniel. I am looking for a room/roommates. Ideally, I would like to move in ASAP, but I am flexible with a move in date. My budget is ~1.5k-1.7k/month. I am interested in areas such as Hell’s Kitchen, Chelsea, Midtown East, the Upper East Side, and possibly flexible in the location. I am looking for likeminded roommates who are also clean, respectful, and must be LGBTQIA+ friendly.

A bit about me, I am a 26 year-old young professional from Scranton, PA. I work remotely as an Associate Account Manager at a medical communications agency. There is an office in Midtown Manhattan that I would work at approximately 2-3 days a week. I am a hockey fan, enjoy going to the gym, attending concerts, and either going out or have a quiet night in. The $1550 rent is definitely in my budget. I am a clean person and would be helpful in keeping the common areas clean as well. Roommates must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
