I'm 26 and work in commercial real estate. I work long hours so I'm gone most of the day and early evenings. I'm regimented but like to let loose when I have the free time. Most of that time is spent at comedy shows, playing pool, hitting up cool restaurants or going to sports games.

An ideal roommate would be someone who knows how to balance their work life and social life, has aspirations to grow both personally and professionally and likes to crack a joke or two.

Ideal move in date would be Oct 1st. Open to more than one roommate.
