Katie K - $2,000/month

I’m moving to NYC summer 2023 (preferably in June) and am looking for roommates (open to any #). I’m looking at West/East Village, Tribeca, Kip’s Bay, and Gramercy but am open to anything in lower Manhattan!! I want to stay close to $1,500 but my max budget is around $2,000.

I’ll be 22 in March and am graduating from CU Boulder in May! I’m studying strategic communication and business. Currently, I have a remote internship with a marketing agency in NYC and am planning to work full time for them after I graduate. I’ve lived in Vail, CO for most of my life but grew up in Manhasset, NY so it’s always been my dream to move to the city. I love the outdoors but also city life so I’m excited to explore NYC and try new things! I’d consider myself pretty social and enjoy going out to eat/drink, walking and shopping. I’m pretty clean and am looking someone who likes a clean space and that I could get along well with!
