Hello! I am looking to purchase a home this month in College Park, about .5 miles from campus. It is a 5BR, 2BA, newly renovated with new carpets and appliances!

I will only live there for the first few months, until I am able to rent all of the rooms. A little bit about me, I am a software engineer working in DC. I commute 3 days per week and work from home Monday and Friday. I am very active at the gym and fairly low key at home. I am also a Christian and eat mostly vegetarian.
