Room for rent in Upper West Side!

Hi all! My roommate and I are looking for a person to fill our third bedroom starting June 1st. Our apartment is on the upper west side (beginning of Harlem, 10 min walking distance to Columbia!) and right next to Central Park. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, high ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and great light! It is also really close to the local grocery stores and subways (whole foods is 6 blocks away and Trader Joes is a few past that! And the 1 + C/B subway is two blocks away). It was completely redone right before we moved in two years ago so everything is new, nice, and clean! A little more about us - I am 23 and my roommate is 24 and we are recent graduates of Fordham University and now I do child mental health research and my roommate works for Bloomingdales online content. The room we are looking to fill is the biggest room - it has two large windows, a crazy large closet, and fits a queen size bed with more than enough space for a dresser and desk. Rent is 1300/month and we're looking for someone who is okay with living with a small hypoallergenic/nonshedding dog! Message me if you’re interested and for more details!
