Im currently looking for another roommate to fill my two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn I live very close to the M train (Seneca stop) and 5 minute walk to the L. The rent is 975 a month with about 55 in utilities a month and deposit is already down so I would just need first month rent. The lease is until October 31 (10 months). The neighborhood is great with lots of shops, bars, and gyms. A little about me Im a chef in Manhatten been living here for 5 years originally from Tampa, Fl. I enjoy cooking very much and working out. I work a lot 10-15 hrs a day on my days off I tend to relax and cook or get out and explore
