Great bedroom available in a 3BR, 2BA duplex Bushwick apartment - 1500 sq ft and roommates are both great and easy going. Bedroom is large, fits a queen size bed easily, and also has a large double-door walk in closet.

Looking for March or April move-in, with some flexibility. Looking for long term, but could also consider a sublet if timing works out well. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

Whole apartment has great shared space, including a huge private backyard. Also has washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and central AC / heat.

Nice neighborhood with coffee shops, bars, restaurants all next door. Close to L and J subway lines.

Currently no pets in the house, but would consider on case by case.
