I'm looking for a move-in either Oct 1, Oct 15 or even potentially Nov 1 or later (can be flexible so let me know what you prefer). I'm open to different terms (short or long term) but ideally would be there at least until, and potentially later. I just had my previous living plan fall through and am hoping to find a space that I can love, and roommates that I can be friendly with and develop a relationship but ultimately prioritize living well together and respectfully!

I've spent some time in New York over the past few years and just got a new job doing research and program coordination at Columbia (focused on food insecurity, public health outcomes related to various measures of poverty and often tied to low wage work and labor issues!). I'll be working hybrid, probably 3x in person and 2x at home (so express trains nearby are so helpful!)

I'm a queer woman earlymid 20s, don't smoke, and like a nice glass of wine but don't drink a lot regularly, I cook a lot though usually simply (and I'd like to say well), definitely prioritize a clean kitchen and common space (essential to starting my day right), run and workout often, and generally like to maintain a schedule and routine that allows me time to spend and feel connected to my loved ones as well as feel rested. I care deeply about the space that I inhabit and promise to care for it in the same way that you clearly have. I have a strong community here and would love to have a friend or two over from time to time, but am not a crazy socialite/partier--love to maintain home as a place to recharge and relax in.
