I have a newly renovated 2 family property in the West Bergen (Hackensack River West) section of Jersey City, NJ available for rent. Living Rm/ Dining Rm on 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bath. Living Rm, Kitchen & bath and 3 BR available on 2nd flr up a flight of stairs. Roommates preferred, but will consider small family or couple .

Couples are $100 more than advertised rents. Near Lite Rail, Park with golf, soccer, tennis, and other sports, and near bus transportation to New York, and Path trains. Commute is from 30 to 45 mins. to downtown or midtown NYC. Rooms available from $700 to $800. Utilities are separate, incl internet, and shared by roommates.
