I just got burned out by a fire on the top floor of my old building; we were directly below it, so I need a new place. Been looking for four months and ghosted twice so please only serious offers!

I work in theater so I keep a somewhat late schedule, but that means less competition for the shower. I'm quiet by nature, and if I have a single room it'll be like I'm barely there. I'm also pretty minimalist, so a small room with or without furniture would be just the ticket. The only thing I'd be annoyed by is a loud television at all hours, as I'm allergic to the sound of noisy television. Other than that you'll find me in the dictionary next to the word chill.
