Spacious bedroom available in beautiful Harlem apartment!

Spacious room available in our beautiful 4bed/2bath apartment in Central Harlem! It’s an incredibly convenient location close to Central Park and Columbia University (4 min walk to the B/C at 116th St., and 8min walk to A/B/C/D at 125th). The neighborhood has too many good restaurants/bars to count, we have a great grocery store and 24hr Rite Aid around the corner, and (my personal favorite) a farmer’s market on Saturdays in Morningside Park.

We absolutely love the apartment - the shared living space is spacious, well-designed, and gets great afternoon sunlight. The kitchen has plenty of counter and storage space, as well as a dishwasher. The building has a live-in super, laundry in the basement, and an elevator!

The available room (labelled Room #2 in photos!) is quite large with two windows and a huge closet, and shares a bathroom (pictured) with two other roommates. It’s available starting September 1st, and is $940/month + utilities/wifi (usually ~$40/month per person). The room will be unfurnished.

You would be living with three women in their mid-20s: I work at a documentary production company, Brianna is starting a masters in drama therapy, and Megan works at a national homelessness nonprofit. We’re looking for another clean and considerate professional who would like to re-sign the lease with us at the end of September. First month’s rent and security deposit due upon move-in.
