Hi, I’m Luis, 27, originally from Germany, and I’m a Fordham MS Finance student starting a finance role in Midtown Manhattan. I’m looking for a clean, respectful private room with a reasonable commute to Midtown.

I’m clean, responsible, non-smoking, and quiet during the week. My routine is mostly work/school, gym, errands, and relaxing at home. I’m friendly and easygoing, but I also respect personal space and like a calm apartment where everyone cleans up after themselves.

I’m looking for roommates who are respectful, communicative, and reasonably clean. Ideally, I’d like a furnished room in a normal apartment with professionals or grad students.
