The place is small but super cozy, and I have a pretty packed schedule with work and school. Sundays are typically my fully at home days.
I’m an Art Teacher, and freelance for the entertainment industry, love going to live music shows, and am a total film geek. I'm friendly and outgoing, but tend to keep to myself during the work week.
As long as you clean up after yourself, respect boundaries, and are responsible we'll get along great.

Rent is about $1,490 not including utilities. Apartment is Rent Stabilized.
The bedroom will be unfurnished, however the living room is pretty much fully furnished.
