Looking for a roommate to live in the second bedroom of my luxury apartment in Long Island City for a 1 year lease starting August 1st. Apartment is fully furnished, you would just need to furnish your bedroom.

I’m an easy going, friendly, and very clean person who really values a neat, quiet living space, so I'm looking for a roommate who values those same things. Young professional working in management consulting and will be working from home frequently. I generally keep to myself at home but welcome interactions during free time. I have a very chill cat, so roommate must be pet friendly.

I have a few non-negotiables for our living space, hopefully you share them:

- Maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule for the bathroom and kitchen
- No parties
- No loud music
- No smoking in the apartment
- No subletters
