About Me

Cali kid making the cross-country trip to attend grad school at Columbia, where I'll be studying Biomedical Informatics.

Ideally, I'd live with one or two other roommates, and I'll be going between the UWS and Washington Heights, so my preferred location is somewhere near there. I will be working full-time remotely while attending classes, so I'm willing to pay more, including above the budget I listed, in order to have a large enough bedroom to myself or another area to set up a home office. I'm neither straight nor cis (they/them pronouns please!), so queer/trans friendly roommates are a must.

Otherwise, I'm not overly fussy about the type of people I live with - I can deal with a little more noise & activity in the apartment as long as you're respectful. I enjoy heading to theater/live music/cafes when I do get some free time, and would love to have roommates that I can explore the city and hang out with. My program begins August 31st so I'm looking for a late August move-in, but I'm willing to sign a lease starting later in the month if necessary.

If it sounds like we'd be a good match and don't want to communicate here, feel free to shoot me a message via email (callsman97@gmail.com).
