Looking for a roommate for a long term stay under a month-to-month agreement ($1250 per month + utilities & internet).
I'm in Sunset Park, 1 minute from the 59th Street station (N/R), in a brownstone building (top floor) in a quiet residential neighborhood.
There are laundromats, multiple supermarkets, and a ton of great restaurants (and an Irish pub!) within a two minute walk. Sunset Park's Chinatown, north Bay Ridge, and Sunset Park are a 10-15 minute walk away as well.
Two bedroom apartment. big living room, high ceilings, and an extra central room which can be used as a work from home space.

Hi! I have a room available in my top-floor Sunset Park apartment starting in April.
The room is on the slightly smaller side, but it fits a queen-sized bed plus two or three pieces of furniture with extra space in the living room just outside. The apartment is a standard brownstone layout, with an additional central room with French doors that’s currently set up as a workspace, so there’s room for an extra desk if needed.
I’m ideally looking for someone interested in a 6-month to 1-year sublet, though there’s some flexibility.
Utilities are shared and include electricity, gas, and internet. The apartment is pet and 420 friendly.
Neighborhood details:
- Subway less than one block away (59th Street N/R)
- Laundromat less than one block away
- Three supermarkets within two blocks
