Hey there! I'm a clean, organized, and respectful individual looking for someone similar to share a space with.

I am ideally looking for a condo/apartment to share, but I would potentially be interested in a basement suite. I'm pretty easy going, I don't mind there being things like drinking or people over happening, as long as the place stays tidy and there is open communication. I also pet friendly to any kind of pet that is house trained

I am clean and respectful of other's belongings and understand the importance of being quiet when someone is sleeping - as I would expect the same.

More than anything, I just require mutual respect towards each other, and towards communal/personal spaces and belongings, and I'm sure we'll get along no problem 😁
