Hey there! I'm a clean, organized, and respectful individual looking for someone similar to share a space with.

I am ideally looking for a condo/apartment to share, but I would potentially be interested in a basement suite, and am pretty open to places in any part of the lower mainland. I'm pretty easy going, I don't mind there being things like drinking or people over happening, as long as the place stays tidy and there is open communication. I'm also pet friendly to any kind of pet that is house trained :)

More than anything, I just require mutual respect towards each other, and towards communal/personal spaces and belongings, and I'm sure we'll get along no problem :)
