Available Room for Rent

hey y’all…

I’m looking to share a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment near UBC potentially starting already sometime this November, as my current roommate is going back to Argentina for half year…

ideally would want to find someone to cover that timespan… but also open to other arrangements if you need something longer or shorter term…

the unit is on the 4th floor of an older high-rise building in a prime location on west 10th avenue near the Sasamat street b-line stop… and close to all the shops of Point Grey village, UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and just a short distance down to Locarno, Spanish Banks and Jericho beaches...

mostly furnished, but there’s definitely space if you got some own items you’re moving with…

me: currently working on a mixed schedule... into sports, arts, music and a healthy lifestyle… hold solid reviews from roommates when it comes to cooking, cleaning and organisation :) … fairly outgoing & communicative... calm-paced & responsible... value humour, community, the exchange of knowledge and ideas, and the liveliness and cooperation that comes with sharing spaces… as well as respecting each other's down time, schedules and routines...

gimme a holler if you think this option could be suitable, or would like more information...
