Emmitt A - $800/month

Hey! I’m Emmitt, 20 years old (21 in February), I’m half white half thai, from Nevada (it’ll be my first time going to and living in Vancouver), I’m going to be a student for the Animation Concept Art program at Vancouver Film School starting October 27th. Some interest of mines are gaming, music, movies, anime, comics, and of course art. I don’t smoke, I only drink socially, I’m respectful, happy to help clean, and wont make a lot of noise! Just looking for a roommate that is respectful, around the same age, completely fine if you smoke all I ask is that it’s outside of the house/apartment, and someone that is fun and willing to hang out and get along with one another :)
