My name is Yasmeen (they/she/he) and I am a rising sophomore at baruch college (finance major)! I turn 18 on August 24th, but my parents are aware that I want an apartment and am looking for a roommate so my rent will always be paid. I am looking for a roommate off-campus and want to rent an apartment in Yorkville or Lenox Hill ideally. I want to move to the city in the beginning of June so I can settle in before school starts. I do have a few apartments in mind! I would like a female/non-male roommate who is lgbtq friendly! Im looking to move asap. I am very organized, clean, and friendly. I do not mind having people over as long as they are responsible and respectful. I like to stay in often but I do love going out and exploring as well. I’m a big fan of boba and I love trying new foods. I would say I am a pretty easy-going and patient person. I do not smoke or drink and I would prefer a roommate who doesn’t smoke.
