Hello! My name is Sarah (she/her). I'm looking for 1-2 roommates in either Manhattan or Brooklyn. My budget is $1500 MAX and I want to move in by the end of June for a year lease.
About me:
I'm 22 from Sacramento, California and I'll be attending FIT in the fall for interior design. I'm moving to New York after living in central France for 7 months teaching English. I'll be working through the summer in a restaurant but by the fall, I will be busy with both school and work. I'm into fashion, art, and travel.
I'm looking for roommates who are fairly clean, respectful, and friendly. I'm 420 friendly and it's okay for friends to come over during the day and overnight guests from time to time.
I like to keep common spaces clean and tidy and think that each roommate should take personal responsibility if they make a mess in these communal areas. Also, I'm new to the city so it would be nice to eat some meals and explore the city together.
