Available Room for Rent

Single bed/single bath apartment on ground floor.

You'll be sharing with a single-living guy who is in his retirement years but still active. I'm actively working on my retirement projects having moved to Kansas City for said purpose a year ago.
I consider myself a transient with no firm timescale for remaining in Kansas City or moving out of same.
- Main bedroom being offered as your space. (I'll be camping out behind one of the two couches in the family room.)
- We'll be sharing the kitchen so we'll both need to be respectful of each other by each of us cleaning up after cooking/eating; "Leave it as you'd like to find it". There is a dishwasher if you want to use it. Personally I haven't used it in the past year.
- The apartment is furnished, so don't plan on bringing any bulky furniture; it's not needed. (There's a storage facility within walking distance that rents small walk-in storage units for as little as $45/month.)
- Parking might be a challenge if you have a large vehicle or want to pay $60/month for a designated space (should there be a vacancy).
** The one thing that we have to be picky and strict about is that we don't want you to bring any pests (or pets) with you.
