Hi, my name is Travis, and I think I'd make a great roommate because I'm respectful, easygoing, and low-maintenance. I work a steady Monday–Friday job, keep a consistent routine, and don't bring chaos into the house. I'm not into partying, drinking, smoking, or having people over frequently. I'm more of a homebody who enjoys a calm and comfortable living environment.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, gaming, working out, meal prepping, and going for walks. I've recently been focusing on fitness and living a healthier lifestyle, so most of my time outside of work is spent at the gym, cooking, or just relaxing.
I'm also very clean and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. You can point me to the vacuum and cleaning supplies, and I'll happily help out. Yard work, household chores, and general upkeep are never an issue for me. I tend to be pretty detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness and organization.
I love both cats and dogs and would be happy to help keep any furry companions company and entertained when I'm around.
I want to be upfront that I do have a criminal record. I'm open and honest about my past, and I'm happy to answer any questions someone may have. I believe transparency is important when looking for a place to live.
I'm currently in the process of selling my house and recently went through a divorce, so my focus right now is rebuilding, creating stability, and moving forward. If I'm reaching out, it means my house has sold and I'm a serious applicant looking for a place beginning July 1st.
