The room that’s open is the master bedroom so it’s a massive room. Plenty of space for queen/king bed, dressers, desk and more. It has two large closets and it’s own bathroom. Rent is $2000 per month including utilities.
Looking for someone to sublease the room because I am leaving to move in with my girlfriend. The sublease term ends December 2023 with an option to renew.
The move in date is April 1st 2023 with some flexibility.
Your roommates would be three working professionals who like to go out and have fun but is respectful as well.
M34A Crosstown bus runs about every 15 min. Apartment has its own shuttle bus. The 6 Subway train (23rd and park or 28th and park) is about a 12 min walk. Waterside offers 24 hour doorman, huge outdoor courtyard space in the water with plenty of tables and chairs, common work space, gym, and laundry in building
