I'm a teacher living/working in Brooklyn. I'm originally from CA, but I've called NYC home for the last 7 years. My roommate is moving out of state after sharing 3 different apartments with me, so I'm looking for a new roomie to renew the lease with for a 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights!
To me, a home needs to be drama-free, clean/organized and peaceful. I tend to keep to myself due to a busy schedule, which will only get busier when I head back to school this fall while I work full time. I travel often (pre-covid) so hopefully you won't mind watering my plant children from time to time. I'm hoping to find a reliable roomie who's on the same wavelength as me.

Welcome to your new, sunny apartment in Crown Heights! There's 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The entire apartment is spacious with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room. All shared spaces are furnished. Your bedroom has enough space for a full/queen bed along with a dress, bookshelf, nightstand and you'll still have enough room for yoga. If you have additional furniture, of course you can bring it! We'll have enough space. It's a 1-2 minute walk to the express train and there's plenty of grocery stores within walking distance.
Did I mention that there's a washer/dryer in the unit?! The entire apartment was gut renovated from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom when I moved in last June so it's well kept and large. Don't mind the boxes; my roommate is in the process of moving out.
I'm looking for someone to sign a year long lease with me. If this is you, let me know!
