Hi there, I hope to meet and build with someone on here so that we can sign a lease together. I find that you get more square footage for your dollar with that approach. Ideally, a perfect apartment will be newly renovated with a w/d in the unit. I like Washington Heights because it’s spacious and close to NJ (where I am from) but I am open.

But about me I am naturally an introvert— quiet, kind, sweet, and mindful but I also enjoy connecting and building. Having relationships with your roommates to some degree is important. I am very clean and expect everyone to be too. But other than that as long as we lead with respect and honesty that’s all I can ask for.
